Online video accounts for 74 per cent of all online traffic. If you are not using videos to help sell your listings, you’re doing your clients a disservice. Here’s why.


  1. People are watching videos, but not real estate videos. Read NAR statistics. Read PEW statistics. People mainly watch videos for entertainment and news. Come on. . .first, find REAL stats (yours is dubious, at best. . .notice how you didn’t link to a source), then dig deeper into stats. Video is a waste of time and money for agents.
