Zillow says it has now signed up more than 250 Canadian brokerages and franchisors to display listings on Zillow.com, including iPro Realty, Re/Max Condo Plus, Living Realty and PSR Brokerage in Toronto.


There are several technological trends set to take place in 2019 and beyond that will radically change the industry.


Zillow has launched free 3D home tour technology for its listings across Canada and the U.S. The company says its Zillow 3D Home allows anyone to capture 360-degree panoramic photos of a home and create a 3D tour.


At Banff Western Connection, CREA opted to perpetuate the fear of those with a vested interest in keeping Zillow out and then offered no opportunity for questions or rebuttal from those of us who support Zillow.

Realtors are intended to be “trusted” middlemen. What a future Realtor’s role might be requires a separate article but, with absolute certainty, it won’t be gatekeepers of MLS data.
