New research says that most moderate-income Calgary residents want to own a home and many may not realize that they could afford one.

Sales rep Nettie Hendricks was recently awarded the 2018 Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) Realtor of the Year – TWH Saunders Memorial Award for her outstanding contribution to the real estate industry.


At CREA’s Annual General Meeting, delegates voted to provide local real estate boards with the option of direct membership to CREA.

CREB has integrated floodplain maps with its MLS system.

The CREB Charitable Foundation of the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) donated $300,000 to three local charities at its 30th anniversary celebration.

CREB Charitable Foundation has awarded $180,000 in grant funding through its Investing in HOPE program to local non-profits selected by real estate professionals.
