Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies of Cambridge, Ont. has purchased WhereToLive.com. Founded in 1999, WhereToLive.com has been creating technology tools to power real estate brands across the United States and Canada for 16 years.

“This acquisition aligns with our vision of a completely integrated real estate business,” says Lorne C. Wallace, CEO of Lone Wolf. “We have a clear vision of a real estate eco-system. We believe that a single point of entry, whether for leads, agents or listings, is critical for an efficient and successful brokerage.”

The addition of WhereToLive.com aligns with other recent acquisitions by Lone Wolf,  including Barcode Realty, Real Web Solutions, Millennium Real Estate Solutions, WebTech Dezign and eWebEngine Internet Marketing Solutions. The goal is to create a stream of data among the various components used in a real estate brokerage and provide the residential real estate industry with the most complete brokerage management tool available, the company says.

Lone Wolf was recently named among Canada’s leading IT companies, as it rose to the 104th spot on this year’s Branham300 Top 250 list. For nearly a quarter of a century, Branham Group has provided the most comprehensive listing of publicly traded and privately held IT companies in Canada, known as the Branham300, the company says.

“Our continuous climb up this prestigious list is an honour and an achievement that we are extremely proud of,” says Wallace.

“Strategic growth has been a high priority for Lone Wolf over the past several years,” says Patrick Arkeveld, president of Lone Wolf. “I am excited to see our position on the rankings next year.”
