HomeLife Realty Systems has launched a new marketing system
and recruitment tool called Platinum Properties. The system “includes the use
of prestigious property signs and other marketing material as well as specific
criteria which must be met in order to be associated with the Platinum
Properties program,” says HomeLife CEO Louis Eliopulos in a news release. “As a
national franchisor, our program has been created with every real estate market
in mind. Any agent who qualifies according to the HomeLife criteria for
upper-end real estate properties can use it.”

Eliopulos says the creation of the program “stemmed from the
growing need to provide distinction for the properties of our affluent clients
in every part of the country.”

The program was unveiled at the company’s national
convention last spring, and received “positive feedback” from brokers and
agents. All the marketing materials are now available for release.
