Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Erik Charton senior vice-president to oversee the firm’s industrial group in Montreal. He will specialize in brokerage services for tenants, landlords and investors in the sale and leasing of industrial property.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Charton brings experience in corporate real estate advisory, including strategic planning, negotiation, financial analysis, site selection and disposition. During his career he has advised clients ranging from privately owned enterprises to large multinational corporations. He joins Jones Lang LaSalle from DTZ Barnicke.
