Realtors and staff at Re/Max Omega in Newmarket
The sales professionals and staff at Re/Max Omega Realty in Newmarket, Ont. donated $5,000 to the Newmarket food pantry this holiday season.
“We think it is important to be generous when it comes to supporting an organization like the Newmarket Food Pantry because their role is so vital in the community,” says Lu Dobson, broker of record/owner of the Re/Max office that she opened in 1981.
Currently in York Region, 10 per cent of the population experiences some degree of food insecurity, worrying about having enough food to eat, running short on food, and having parents go hungry so their children get enough to eat
