MaxWell Classic Realty in Calgary established a satellite office in Whitecourt, Alta. Gary Piper is the manager of the new office. Maxwell now has six offices in Calgary, franchise offices in Canmore, Lethbridge, Edmonton and Lake Chestermere, and five satellite offices.

Prince Edward Realty in Charlottetown, P.E.I. has joined the Prudential network. The company will now operate as Prudential Prince Edward Realty. Since August, the office has increased the size of its staff from nine to 15, under the management of owner and broker Jim Matheson and co-owner Blair Fraser.

A sales rep in Timmins, Ont. was recently honoured for his courage in protecting two young girls from a vicious dog attack.
While driving last June 27, Fernand Carriere, sales rep for Claimpost Realty Ltd., saw two girls on a trail beside the road, screaming and crying while three dogs growled, barked and circled them.
